J7VALETS is a mobile and also a unit based automotive valeting and detailing service. With the mobile side of things all we ask is for a safe place to plug out extension and a water supply as this is something we do not have on the van. Due to insurance purposes as well as staff and vehicle safety no work will be carried out if the vehicle is on the main road, small backstreets or heavily used roads. We also cannot work in council owned or private carparks without permission from the car park owner/landowner.
If your vehicle is in any of these locations let us know and we will be sure to find a safe location for you.
If the interior of the vehicle is heavily soiled with vomit, mud, mould, pet hair or blood an extra charge will be added and a fair estimate will be given as extra time will be needed on the valet.
BOOKING
When booking your vehicle in with us you will be asked to read these terms and conditions prior to any work been carried out. Any bookings that may be affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges. An invoice will be sent to the address or email which will have been given upon booking
All bookings are secured with a deposit and will be not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. The deposit amount may change depending on which service/package you choose.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Here at J7VALETS we cannot control the weather, traffic or the acts of other people so in case of any work that cannot be carried out by us, and this then leads to the job been cancelled it will be re booked with in 10 days of the cancelation. If not a full refund of the deposit will be given.
Failing to pay any invoice will lead to legal action being taken.
Also remember a missed booking is a missed wage and time taken up which could have been for other customers.
